Guided by an expert keeper, you’ll observe natural behaviours up close - watch as they forage, communicate and stand guard. Learn how these fascinating animals are cared for and the important role they play in their ecosystem, while also discovering the wider conservation work supporting species and habitats across Africa. This unique experience offers a rare glimpse into the daily life of a meerkat keeper. Please note: This is a keeper-led experience, designed to give you an authentic insight into the life of a meerkat keeper. To ensure their welfare, there is no direct contact, handling, or feeding, and meerkats will not climb on participants.
